Clause 2.1

Eligible Players

To be eligible to register a bat366 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bat366 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had a bat366 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Clause 2.2

Identity Verification (KYC)

bat366 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Valid passport or driving licence showing date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the past three months.
• Screenshot or transaction confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket account details).

Clause 2.3

Account Suspension for Non-Compliance

bat366 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent, or where eligibility criteria are not met. Any balance in a suspended account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation.

Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. bat366 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the bat366 account suspended pending investigation.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by bat366 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions — are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification and meet the specific criteria of each promotion. bat366 reserves the right to limit bonus availability by account, device, IP address, or payment method at its discretion.

Wagering Requirements

bat366 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion's terms will not apply retroactively to qualifying activity already completed before the change was announced.

Clause 5.1

Limits are displayed within each game interface and sports market prior to placement. bat366 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns are identified, without the obligation to provide detailed reasoning to the player.

Clause 5.4

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server interruption during an active game round or live betting session, bat366 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by verifiable technical failures may be voided and stakes returned. bat366 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

Clause 7.2

Voluntary Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount may be forfeited if no KYC documentation is on file.

Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bat366 is not liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on bat366.app, constitute the entire agreement between you and bat366 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
